As an independent consultant, we work for YOU. We are not affiliated with any travel agency, hotel or resort. We work with them on your behalf.

Complete Destination Wedding Planning

Your destination wedding specialist will guide you through all aspects of planning your wedding. From recommending beautiful locations and resorts to attending to the most finite of details, we will be there to make sure that everything is taken care of throughout the wedding. We believe that the venue you have chosen should be seen before you book it. Even if you’ve been there before, you need to ask yourself did you really see it through the eyes of a bride and groom. Therefore, we encourage each couple to take a minimum of one trip to their destination for the purpose of

-   meeting with the venue’s wedding coordinator
-   talk to them about the vendor’s they use
-   talk to them about the vendor’s they use
-   finding out what requirements are needed legally
  

Airfare, lodging and meals for the destination specialist are added expenses in addition to the planning costs and are to be paid by the couple. We can accompany you on the 1-2 day information gathering trip if you’d like (we prefer to go with you, especially if it’s a venue we have not visited before). And, of course, we will be there with you to manage your pre-wedding and wedding day activities.

 The cost for planning only begins at $3000 and includes the following:

-   entire planning process
-   wedding design and implementation
-   your liaison between you and the venue’s staff and vendor
-   management of the rehearsal wedding day managment and direction
